Still on for the October event.
On-line: 2 ½ months to virtual register.
Virtual tour or tour in person.
Hands-on programming, still an option.
Local TV station asking of they want to help.
JULY: more decisions to make, will have to see what kind of help we need.
BUDGET
OVS approved $5000 for the event (not to exceed)
Stagehand costs, etc.

USITT (David Grindle) released a statement
Kathe spoke to this regarding OVS. We do not just want to pay lip service to this, but rather come up with actionable items.
Kathe will encourage ideas at the membership meeting.
VICE CHAIR OF PROGRAMMING
Melanie Mortimore feels she needs to step down from the position.
We will announce a need (2 year appointment) at the membership meeting)
