Emma Sherban is currently a senior earning a BFA in International Theatre Production and a minor in Technology Systems at Ohio Northern University. She has served as the scenery head for the Freed Center for the Performing Arts since Fall of 2020 as well as working as the assistant technical director for multiple productions for the School of Visual and Performing Arts. She looks forward to either attending graduate school or starting her career in technical direction after earning her degree in May 2022.
She will receive a $750 travel scholarship to attend the USITT National Conference and Stage Expo this year in Baltimore. Congratulations to Emma and thank you to Future Light Inc. for sponsoring this award.
