MICHELLE HUNT SOUZA is Associate Professor of Costume Design at Kent State University. Her professional costume design work has been featured at a wide range of theatres from coast to coast, including the Cleveland Play House, La Jolla Playhouse, The Old Globe, San Diego Repertory Theatre, Summit Performance Indianapolis, Crossroads Repertory Theatre, North Coast Repertory Theatre, Moxie Theatre, and many others. Her writing and scholarship has been featured in Theatre Design and Technology magazine, HowlRound Theatre Commons, TheatreForum International Performance Journal, at the Prague Quadrennial, and in the USITT Teaching Archive.
